Together we create the space to sit with what’s uncomfortable, gain self-awareness, grow, be curious and empower you to develop tools to make meaningful changes in your life.
What do you do?
I work with people to navigate their life’s challenges and through self-exploration and gained self-awareness develop the tools to understand, sit with and / or take empowered action to make changes in their lives.
My Approach
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Relational therapy
• It is important to me to provide usable tools early on in treatment to give clients something to apply to their day-to-day lives
• Cultivate an empathic and safe therapeutic space to sit with whatever is coming up in session
• Will gently at times challenge clients to explore what is coming up for them in an effort to help them move forward
